With the release of the original trilogy in 1977, George Lucas set new technical standards for film production and established a franchise that grew far beyond the cinema. The stories about the Force, the Jedi, and the dark side now belong to the Walt Disney Company and are constantly being expanded with new films and series.

A new series of unique souvenir notes dedicated to eight of the most important characters from the Star Wars universe has now been produced as an official collection of the World Disney Company.

The Galactic Credits notes have been produced to a high standard and feature watermarks, gold foil, and UV ink. Each note depicts a specific character on the obverse. These are Master Yoda, Han Solo, Chewbacca, R2-D2, Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader. In addition to the main motifs, each note shows spaceships, weapons or scenes from the films associated with the characters. Each note comes with a matching folding card.
